Cook at Home

      My favorite thing in my leisure time is to watch famous chefs' cooking video on their YouTube channels, search recipes on the Internet. As a result, I always want to cook by myself. Of course, I can cook my own lunch and even cook for my dad. However, I want to cook some cuisine that is plated beautifully and can be served in the restaurants. Moreover, I want to bake some dessert. Indeed, I am the person only talk and no to act.
     Surprisingly, this spring break, my mom took me to buy all the materials that I need. At the time I walked into the store that sells all the baking materials, I felt I was in the heaven. My mom was pretty generous that day that she let me buy all the stuffs I want. 
      As soon as I got home, I started to make pannacotta, which I wanted to make for a long time. As a pannacotta lover, I always try to find the one is not to sweet and its texture has to be my favorite condition. After several simple steps, I put my pannacotta into the frig. I was quite nervous when I was going to eat it. Whereas, my worry turned out to be unnecessary. The pannacotta was so delicious that I ate two of them as my breakfast.
      The  third day of my spring break, I made Portuguese egg tart with my mom. Again, I was worried about the taste because I was afraid it didn't taste like those sold at the bakeries. Nonetheless, the Portuguese egg tarts we made were so tasty. The tart was crispy and the stuffing was moisture. I ate to tarts as my dinner.
       It was quite a good spring break that I studied and did something that I wanted to do for a long time.
